Customer Support & Sales Officer (Work From Home)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Earnings & Incentives:
- Joining Bonus: ₹3,000
- First Successful Customer Onboarding: ₹10,000
- Every New Customer Onboarding After That: ₹3,000 per customer
Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to help onboard new customers and support them in using our logistics platform.
- ResponsibilitiesContact and onboard new customers.
- Explain company services and benefits to customers.
- Help customers register and use the mobile app.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Coordinate with team members and senior managers.
- Achieve onboarding and sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update information regularly.
Requirements
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and the internet
✅ Ability to talk confidently with customers
✅ Laptop is mandatory
✅ Stable internet connection
