* Diploma in Information Technology (IT) OR Graduate in Science

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or Application Support

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

## Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Professionals to provide onsite application and IT infrastructure support. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting software applications, authentication issues, network-related problems, and assisting end users in ensuring smooth system operations.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite support for software applications and end users.

* Troubleshoot application-related issues at the first level.

* Resolve Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) related concerns.

* Handle LAN connectivity and multiple network card issues.

* Troubleshoot DNS and application URL-related problems.

* Support users with remote access and connectivity issues.

* Install, configure, and update antivirus software.

* Assist users with Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) related queries.

* Troubleshoot multi-device enabled hybrid applications.

* Coordinate with Helpdesk and technical teams for issue resolution.

* Escalate unresolved issues and follow up for timely closure.

* Assist users in raising support tickets whenever required.

* Maintain daily logs of issues reported, resolved, and escalated.

* Ensure proper documentation and status reporting of all support activities.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Desktop and Application Support.

* Understanding of LAN, DNS, VPN, Remote Access, and Network Troubleshooting.

* Experience in Windows Operating Systems and End User Support.

* Knowledge of Antivirus Installation and Security Updates.

* Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

* Ability to work independently at client locations.
