Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Coordinator Executive – Operations to manage corporate client coordination, appointment scheduling, medical report communication, and operational support activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to respond promptly to client requirements while maintaining high service standards.


## Key Responsibilities


### Corporate Appointment Management


* Coordinate and schedule appointments for corporate clients and employees.

* Liaise with corporate HR teams, representatives, and internal departments to ensure smooth appointment booking and execution.

* Maintain and update appointment calendars and schedules.

* Ensure timely follow-up and confirmation of appointments.


### Client Coordination


* Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding appointments, reports, and operational queries.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


### Medical Report Management


* Verify and organize medical reports received from diagnostic and healthcare teams.

* Share finalized medical reports with corporate clients through email within agreed timelines.

* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling medical information.

* Track report dispatch status and ensure successful delivery.


### MIS & Reporting


* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Generate operational reports and dashboards as required by management.

* Monitor appointment status, report submissions, and client communications.

* Maintain accurate records and databases.


### Email Communication & Documentation


* Draft professional emails, letters, and client communications.

* Ensure timely and accurate correspondence with corporate clients.

* Maintain proper documentation of all communications and records.


### Query Resolution


* Provide prompt responses to corporate client inquiries and requests.

* Coordinate internally to resolve client concerns efficiently.

* Escalate critical issues to the concerned department whenever necessary.


## Required Skills & Qualifications


* Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

* 1–4 years of experience in corporate coordination, client servicing, healthcare operations, or administrative support.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

* Experience in MIS preparation and reporting.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

* Customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail.

* Experience in healthcare, diagnostic, or corporate wellness industries.

* Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
