Job Description
HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll and salary processing.
- Prepare HR documents, policies, and employment letters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare management reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
