• Key Responsibilities (Spare Parts Management)Maintain accurate records of all spare parts received from and dispatched to external vendors, customers, and service centers.
• Verify the quantity and condition of incoming spare parts against purchase orders, delivery challans, or invoices.
• Issue spare parts as per authorized requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, Gate Passes, and Material Issue Slips.
• Track inward and outward movement of spare parts and update inventory records on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Service, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain proper stock levels of fast-moving and critical spare parts to avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all spare parts.
• Perform regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor repairable, defective, and returned spare parts, and maintain separate records for each.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for inventory management wherever applicable.
• Ensure all inward and outward material movements are approved and supported by valid documentation.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management.
• Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for the dispatch and receipt of spare parts from outside the company.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Six-day working week (as per company policy).
• May require overtime during month-end stock audits or urgent production schedules.

• As per company standards and candidate's experience.
