Job Title: Tele caller (Sales)
Job Smartronix Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the benefits of solar panel systems and company services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
- Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
- Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
