Job Description
Provide first-level IT support for technical issues.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within the defined timelines (SLA).
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
Perform basic troubleshooting for operating systems, applications, and network-related issues.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update documentation when required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
Assist with IT projects and other Service Desk activities.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
