Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory movement (inward & outward)
• Generate invoices, delivery challans, and billing in Tally
• Ensure proper documentation of dispatch and receipts
• Conduct regular stock verification and maintain stock accuracy
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain basic accounts and records related to warehouse activities

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse / accounts / inventory role
• Must be Tally savvy
• Basic knowledge of GST billing and stock management
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
