Hire–Train–Deploy

·      DRF can recruit fresh graduates for the trainer position who are interested in training role

·      Provide quality training / ToT through a structured 30-day train and deploy program

Pilot scope and

location·      Location: MP (Indore) is chosen because DRF has experienced trainers who can act as master trainers, and operating costs are lower than L&D organizing it in Hyderabad.

·      Programme length: One‑month, full‑time, non‑residential ToT. Trainees receive a stipend – Rs. 15k-18k per month, to ensure commitment, after one month of training they can be directly hired as a trainer qualifying the assessment.

·      Curriculum: The ToT curriculum focuses on DRF’s content delivery, classroom management, soft skills and assessment techniques. Throughout the one months, trainees will complete assignments, micro‑teaching practice and receive feedback.

·      Skillfy Course: During this period all partcipants will have to complete minlum 10 relevant skillfy courses which will show their learning agility.

·      Assessment and certification: Learners must pass DRF’s L&D certification tests, meet classroom observation standards and demonstrate readiness to teach. Those who will not qualify will return back, we are vnpt committing any outside placement here.

·      Deployment: Trainees who meet certification standards will be deployed across GROW Youth centres. Placement is based on organisational needs in Pan India.
