About the CompanyAdhunik Consumer Products is an established Ranchi-based consumer products and spices business operating since 1990. We are expanding our retail and distribution presence across Ranchi and are looking for energetic, hardworking and target-driven Distributor Sales Representatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers and distributors according to the assigned daily beat plan.
• Introduce and promote Adhunik’s complete range of spices and consumer products.
• Generate orders from existing and new retail outlets.
• Develop new markets and increase the number of active retail counters.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Ensure proper product availability, placement and visibility at retail outlets.
• Follow up on orders, supplies and outstanding payments where required.
• Collect information about competitor products, pricing and retailer feedback.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and outlet-coverage targets.
• Submit the daily field report through the company’s Google Form/reporting system.
• Attend regular sales reviews and training sessions.
• Territory AllocationDSR 1: Existing and established markets within Ranchi.
• DSR 2: New market development across Ranchi Urban and Ranchi Outer areas.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in FMCG, spices, food products or field sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply.
• Good knowledge of Ranchi’s local markets and retail areas.
• Must be comfortable travelling extensively within Ranchi.
• Ability to communicate confidently with retailers and distributors.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Basic ability to use WhatsApp, Google Forms and a smartphone for reporting.
