Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Meet doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics as per the assigned territory.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, expenses, and sales activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
