• Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper cash flow management.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Ensure tax compliance, including VAT,TDS, GST, and corporate tax filings.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.

Requirements & Skills

• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Test candidates on their ability to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure accuracy.
• General Ledger & Reconciliation – Evaluate their capability to manage journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial integrity.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Assess their skills in financial planning, expense management, and long-term forecasting.
• Taxation & Compliance – Check their understanding of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and audit preparation.
• ERP & Accounting Software Proficiency – Ensure they can efficiently use tools like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other enterprise accounting systems.
