Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Work closely with farmers and farming communities to improve crop productivity and quality.
✔ Drive sustainable agricultural practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
✔ Provide technical guidance on crop management, pest control, and best agronomy practices.
✔ Monitor field activities and support fresh produce sourcing initiatives.
✔ Build strong relationships with farmers and other stakeholders across the supply chain.
