Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop effective business development strategies.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
