Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers about our hair care products and consultation services, and convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain products, services, and consultation process.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Schedule appointments/consultations for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily call, follow-up, and sales targets.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• 1–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in beauty, healthcare, wellness, or personal care industry.
• Ability to build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum 150–200 calls per day
• 30–40 meaningful conversations daily
• 15+ consultation bookings per day
• Achieve assigned monthly sales target
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
