Job Description
ob Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Telecaller to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan inquiries, and help them through the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Explain personal loan products, features, eligibility, and interest rates.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Collect and verify customer documents.
* Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
* Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Good customer service and follow-up skills.
