Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, space planning, and material selection, with the ability to transform client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
• Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Present design concepts and explain design solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales, execution, and project management teams for seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution support.
• Ensure designs comply with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, or other 3D visualization software.
• Good knowledge of materials, modular furniture, and interior execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
• Knowledge of site execution and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
