Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT recruitment to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job specifications
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions within approved budgets
- Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS reports and share hiring status updates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, in-demand skills, and market compensation benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with technical roles, skill sets, and terminologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps)
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Good to HaveExperience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exposure to niche or bulk hiring
- Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques
