HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT recruitment to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job specifications
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions within approved budgets
• Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS reports and share hiring status updates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends, in-demand skills, and market compensation benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Familiarity with technical roles, skill sets, and terminologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps)
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Good to HaveExperience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Exposure to niche or bulk hiring
• Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques
