WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage our inbound leads from first contact through counselling appointment booking.


Students enquire through our marketing campaigns — you'll be their first point of contact. Your job is to qualify them and schedule counselling sessions with our senior counsellor.


This is a phone-based sales role. Most of your day will be spent speaking with students and parents.


This is primarily an outbound calling role on warm inbound leads. Expect 30–50 quality conversations per day, largely in Telugu, often with parents on the line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Call new leads promptly and qualify them based on their study abroad plans, preferred destination, intake, and budget

· Schedule counselling sessions with our senior counsellor — book the slot on the call itself wherever possible

· Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold and update the CRM after every interaction

· Follow up consistently with unanswered and undecided leads

· Confirm counselling appointments one day in advance to minimise no-shows

· Escalate all counselling queries (universities, visas, loans) to the senior counsellor — this role does not provide advice

· Maintain accurate CRM records and lead data hygiene

· Support additional sales and operational activities as required

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent spoken Telugu and English; working proficiency in Hindi required

· Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, EdTech sales, overseas education, or a similar customer-facing role

· Must own a personal laptop that you can use for work

· Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools is an added advantage

· Residing in or near Madhapur is an added advantage

COMPENSATION

────────────────────────────────────

₹18,000 fixed per month (approximately take-home — only ₹200 deducted towards professional tax) + performance incentives.


Top performers typically earn ₹21,000–23,000 per month.
