Job Description
Maintain and update financial records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliation regularly
Record transactions in accounting software (like Tally, Excel, etc.)
🔹 Financial Tasks
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Monitor cash flow and expenses
Support in budget preparation
Ensure accurate ledger entries
🔹 Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Assist in GST, TDS, and tax-related filings (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
🔹 Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and queries
Follow up on pending payments
Work with internal teams for financial data and reports
🔹 Audit & Support
Assist during internal and external audits
Provide required financial data and reports to management.
