Telesales Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound calling, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in telecalling or telesales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services professionally.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
