We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage customers, and contribute to business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling and lead follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, technical benefits, pricing, and warranty details.
- Schedule meetings for the field sales team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up on quotations and pending inquiries until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
- Collect customer feedback and market information to support business development.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries received through phone, email, website, and social media.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Ability to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Objection handling capability.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic products.
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented attitude.
- Good time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn technical products.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in UPS, batteries, electrical products, industrial equipment, solar, or EV charging solutions will be an added advantage.
