Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist counter staff with customer service and order handling.
  • Help prepare, pack, and hand over customer orders.
  • Refill and arrange products, supplies, and display items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and workstations.
  • Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Clear tables and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
  • Follow food safety, health, and company procedures.
  • Help with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
