Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Telesales to handle customer inquiries, call leads, explain Sleepmax mattress products, and convert interested customers into store visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call leads received from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other platforms.
Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond to customers professionally.
Explain mattress products, offers, pricing, sizes, and store details.
Follow up with customers regularly and update lead status.
Convert leads into store visits, appointments, and sales.
Coordinate with the Andheri and Thane store teams for customer visits and closures.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Share customer feedback and lead quality updates with the team.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and calling systems.
Sales or telesales experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Should be target-oriented, polite, and disciplined with follow-ups.
