Faithful Finance Service is a growing financial services company specializing in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives who can generate leads, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, guiding customers through the loan process, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and field activities.
Contact potential customers and explain Home Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.
Assist customers with documentation and application procedures.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on loan products, eligibility criteria, and market trends. These responsibilities align with common loan sales roles in financial services.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI, Loan Sales, Banking, or Financial Services.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP, and Business Loans will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000– ₹35,000 per month
