Sourcing Manager – Roles & Responsibilitie

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing

• Generate customer leads through:
• Channel Partners
• Brokers
• References
• Corporate Tie-ups
• Events & Campaigns
• Develop new business opportunities for project sales.
• Maintain strong networking with brokers and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities.

2. Channel Partner Management

• Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners and brokers.
• Conduct regular meetings and project presentations with CPs.
• Update channel partners regarding:
• Project inventory
• Pricing
• Offers & schemes
• Construction updates
• Handle channel partner registrations and documentation.

3. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales Team for site visits and closures.
• Arrange customer meetings and site visit schedules.
• Ensure proper follow-up of leads generated through sourcing activities.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.

4. Client Handling & Follow-up

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with customers for:
• Site visits
• Booking confirmations
• Documentation
• Payment process
• Maintain healthy customer relationships.

5. Coordination with Internal Departments

• Coordinate with:
• Sales Team
• CRM Department
• Marketing Team
• Accounts Department
• Legal & Registration Team
• Ensure smooth processing from lead generation to booking stage.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor projects.
• Share market feedback and customer requirements with management.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and business strategies.

7. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
• Update sourcing data and customer records in CRM system.
• Track channel partner performance and conversion ratio.
• Submit regular MIS reports to management.
