Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn videos.
• Add captions, transitions, background music, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Graphic Design

• Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, posters, invitations, certificates, and social media creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Runway, CapCut AI, and similar platforms to improve creativity and productivity.
• Assist in AI-generated scripts, subtitles, voice enhancement, image generation, and video creation.
• Explore emerging AI tools and implement innovative workflows.

Learning Portal & Webinar Management

• Manage webinar recordings and maintain organized backups.
• Upload and organize webinar recordings on the Learning Portal.
• Update and maintain digital learning content.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms.
• Support social media campaigns and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, AI, and digital marketing.

Event & Marketing Support

• Design promotional creatives for webinars, workshops, campaigns, and company events.
• Assist the marketing team in executing branding and promotional initiatives.

Eligibility

• Fresh Graduates or Final-Year Students from any discipline.
• Passion for video editing, graphic design, digital media, and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or any similar video editing software.
• Familiarity with Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or After Effects is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and short-form content.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI-powered creative platforms.
• A portfolio, college project, YouTube channel, Instagram page, or any creative work will be an added advantage.
