Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our Kids & Baby Retail Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and assisting customers in selecting the right products for babies and children.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable baby and kids products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average bill value.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and replenished as per Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Assist in stock receiving, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and stock audits.
• Monitor product availability and report low stock to the Store Manager.
• Ensure all products are properly tagged and priced.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally as per company policy.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and in-store campaigns.
• Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and administrative tasks.

• Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.

• QualificationsMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in baby, kids, apparel, or lifestyle retail is preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in baby products, kids apparel, toys, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer handling.
• Working ConditionsWillingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Standing for extended periods during store operations.
