Tally and Excel Experience required.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage invoicing, billing, and store operations at the franchise level. The candidate should have working knowledge of documentation, basic accounting, and coordination with warehouse and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ISD billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner 
• Maintain records of stock, invoices, and dispatch details
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing 
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines 
• Manage sales return (SRN), credit note (CN), and billing corrections
• Assist in daily store operations and reporting
• Communicate with franchise partners regarding order status and issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP)
• Good understanding of billing and accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (Commerce preferred)
• Relevant experience in accounts / billing / retail operations is an added advantage 

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or store operations preferred
• Freshers with good knowledge of Excel & Tally can also apply
