Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily waterproofing works at construction sites.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure proper application of waterproofing systems as per approved methods and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect surface preparation before application.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within budget.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects when required.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
