Job Description:
- Manage purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from suppliers.
- Negotiate rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per requirements.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores/production teams.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Prepare purchase reports and support cost-saving initiatives.
