Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound/inbound customer calls for domestic sales.
  • Explain products and services to customers professionally.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
  • EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
