Job Description
POST: Service Support Executive
Location: Lucknow
Industry: Telecom / Recharge Services
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily backend recharge operations.
- Resolve customer complaints related to failed, pending, and incorrect recharges.
- Coordinate with telecom operators and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Provide support to customers, retailers, and distributors via phone and other communication channels.
- Update complaint status and maintain records in the system.
- Prepare daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecom, Recharge Operations, Customer Support, or Back Office.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working extensively on computers with occasional customer calls.
