Job Summary - We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Administrator to support sales coordination, customer communication, business development activities, accounts administration, and operational processes.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, communicating with international customers, and contributing beyond a traditional job description.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and business partners.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and customer correspondence.
  • Follow up with leads, customers, and business prospects.
  • Support outbound outreach and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
  • Generate invoices and maintain sales, purchase, and payment records.
  • Coordinate with accountants, logistics partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist with export documentation, compliance, and administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports and support management in business operations.
  • Required SkillsExcellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).
  • Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and business applications.
  • Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, ERP, or accounting software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Preferred BackgroundExperience in Export, FMCG, Trading, Manufacturing, B2B Sales Support, or Business Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
