Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers (Telesales Executives) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers about our healthcare products and services over phone calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain healthcare products and wellness solutions professionally.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or lead sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth order processing.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Healthcare Sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Good Hindi communication is mandatory. English and Punjabi will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM) is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
