Job Description
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Develop and execute the regional HORECA sales strategy.
Appoint, develop, and manage HORECA distributors and institutional partners.
Generate new business from Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Corporate Offices, and Food Service customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of ASMs, Sales Officers, and PSRs.
Conduct regular joint market visits and review team productivity.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely collections and maintain outstanding receivables within company norms.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting systems, and sales processes.
