Job Description
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute territory sales plans.
Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Ensure product availability and market penetration.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and PSRs.
Conduct regular market visits with team members.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
Expand outlet coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and control credit.
Review distributor inventory and stock movement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate records through CRM/SFA applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and accounts for smooth business operations.
