Job Description
- Handle all bank-related work such as cheque deposits, cash deposits (if applicable), RTGS/NEFT forms, and collecting bank statements.
- Deliver and collect important documents from clients, consultants, contractors, and government departments.
- Submit and collect documents from municipal offices, approval authorities, and other government offices.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for document exchange and payment follow-up.
- Assist in processing agreements, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Collect quotations and follow up on approvals.
- Maintain records of documents received and delivered.
- Support office administration, filing, photocopying, scanning, and courier management.
- Follow up on project-related documentation and approvals.
- Assist the accounts department by submitting bills, collecting receipts, and coordinating payment-related work.
- Perform other office and field tasks assigned by management.
