About the Role


Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell the company's products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales activities.

Promote and sell Extraaaz products and services to retailers, distributors, and business clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential customers.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in field sales, FMCG, FinTech, SaaS, POS solutions, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.

Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Smartphone with internet connectivity.
