Job Description
Location: Pune and Gujarat
Stipend/Salary: for Diploma 18k stipend and for Bachelor's 20-22k stipend
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and handle basic machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Support production line activities and daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation and records.
- Assist in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
- Perform robot homing procedures as required.
- Carry out daily AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) activities.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Maintenance).
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/apprenticeship experience may apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of TPM and 5S practices.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and shift operations.
