Job SummaryThe General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, maintaining high service standards, and driving guest satisfaction and business performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.
• Monitor occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience1–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Experience in hotel management, operations, or front office management is preferred.
