HR Recruiter

Job Role:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordination:

Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding hiring requirements.

Manage interview schedules and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Maintain recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding and documentation activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment.

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
