Job Opening – Accounts Executive (Gold Loan & Cash Operations) Company: Ronak Jewellers

Location: Vasna, Ahmedabad Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

About the Role:

Ronak Jewellers is looking for a sincere, responsible, and trustworthy person to manage our daily accounts and gold loan (Dhiran) work.

This is not a typical office accounting job. Most of the work involves maintaining customer records, making daily entries, handling cash, calculating interest, and keeping all financial records updated in the software and Excel.

If you are good with numbers, can learn quickly, and like maintaining records accurately, this job is for you.

• Your Daily Responsibilities

• Gold Loan (Dhiran)
• WorkMake all gold loan (Dhiran) entries in the software.
• Verify the jewellery and customer details before making entries.
• Maintain complete records of every customer.
• Calculate interest while closing the loan.
• Return jewellery only after proper verification and completing all formalities.
• Ensure every customer record is updated correctly.
• Daily AccountsEnter all daily transactions in the software and Excel.
• Check that no entry is missed.
• Maintain proper records of cash received and cash paid.
• Keep records of daily collections (Ughrani).
• Match cash and entries at the end of the day.
• Daily Reports
• Prepare Kachu Namu every day by 8:00 PM.
• Prepare Paku Namu every day by 12:00 Noon.
• Inform the management immediately if there is any mismatch.
• Record Keeping
• Maintain customer files properly.
• Keep all financial records neat and organized.
• Ensure software records and physical documents always match.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
• Who Can Apply?
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (B.Com preferred but not compulsory).
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Cash Handling, Jewellery, Finance, Gold Loan, or Retail Billing is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in jewellery shops, finance companies, pawn shops, or retail accounting will be given preference.
• Freshers are not preferred, as this role requires handling cash and customer financial records from day one.
