Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Job SummaryBellway Realtech is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to generate quality real estate leads, manage online campaigns, and enhance the company's digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to support sales and branding objectives.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads for farmhouses, villas, plots, and real estate projects.
  • Create and publish content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assist in SEO, website updates, and online brand management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
  • Execute WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in Real Estate Marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns.
