Position: Digital Marketing & Sales Executive
Company: Mojopanda Organic Store
Location: New Delhi (on-site preferred; hybrid considered)

About Mojopanda
Mojopanda is India’s organic wool and cotton brand — GOTS and RWS certified, made with integrity, and built around the belief that what touches your body should be completely natural. We make clothing, accessories, and home products that are 100% organic, traceable, and free of synthetics. We are now launching our organic wool pillow range and scaling our direct-to-consumer presence.
This is a small, founder-led team. You will have real ownership of our digital presence from day one.
Role Overview
We are looking for a digitally fluent, articulate communicator who can build and manage Mojopanda’s online presence across all platforms, engage our growing community, and convert digital leads into sales through confident, well-spoken outreach.
You will own our social media, website content, email communication, and direct sales outreach — and be the voice of the brand online and on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Manage Instagram Stories, Reels, and WhatsApp Business broadcasts
• Engage with followers — respond to every comment and DM within 2 hours
• Execute pre-planned content calendars and campaign sequences
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, DM conversions) and report weekly
Website Management
• Update product listings, prices, and content on the Mojopanda website (Shopify)
• Write and publish blog posts, product descriptions, and landing page copy
• Monitor website traffic via Google Analytics and flag opportunities
• Coordinate with developers for any technical updates required
Cold Calling & B2B Outreach
• Call wholesale prospects — boutique hotels, wellness resorts, organic stores, and institutional buyers
• Speak confidently and professionally in English to procurement managers and buyers
• Follow up on leads generated through IndiaMart, trade enquiries, and website contact forms
• Maintain a structured CRM log of all outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
• Meet a monthly target of qualified B2B conversations and sample requests
Content Creation Support
• Write captions, scripts, and copy for all platforms in Mojopanda’s brand voice
• Brief and coordinate with photographers or videographers when needed
• Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
Email & WhatsApp Communication
• Manage the brand’s WhatsApp Business account — respond to enquiries, send catalogues, follow up on orders
• Draft and send email newsletters and broadcast campaigns
• Maintain a clean, labelled contact list of customers and prospects
Must-Have Requirements

Good to Have
• Experience with Shopify or any e-commerce platform
• Basic video editing (Reels, short-form content) using CapCut or similar
• Prior experience in a D2C, lifestyle, or organic/sustainable brand
• Knowledge of Instagram analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Experience with IndiaMart or B2B sales outreach

Candidate Profile
Ideal background:
• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or inside sales
• Graduate in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or any discipline with strong communication skills
• Age: 22–30 years preferred
Personality fit:
• Genuinely interested in organic, sustainable, or wellness products
• Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told
• Comfortable being the voice of a brand — both in writing and on a call
• Detail-oriented — understands that a typo on a brand post costs credibility
• Energetic, positive, and persistent in sales follow-up without being pushy
