Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Contact customers to schedule vehicle service appointments.
  • Make service reminder calls for periodic maintenance and free service.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding service bookings and vehicle maintenance.
  • Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or dealership management system.
  • Coordinate with the service advisors and workshop team for appointment scheduling.
  • Inform customers about service offers, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
