Job Description
RECO, a Ludhiana-based fastener and handtool manufacturer, is hiring a Header Foreman to oversee daily operations in our Header department. The role involves supervising header machine operators, planning and monitoring production to meet daily targets, checking quality parameters like length, diameter, and tolerance at regular intervals, and coordinating die and tool making/maintenance to keep machines running with minimal downtime. The foreman will also manage manpower across shifts, handle machine setups and troubleshooting, maintain production and quality records, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
