Job OverviewHaritha Automation Pvt Ltd is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, customer coordination, channel partners, and business development activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable handling customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with customers, channel partners, and the sales team.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and quotations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales documents.
• Track orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain CRM and sales records.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Support business development and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist in exhibitions, product promotions, and marketing activities.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and English speaking ability is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or business development.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
