💼 Hiring: Tele Sales Executive (Loan Process)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Attractive Incentives
🕒 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Loan/Banking/Finance Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and explain loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads for Personal, Business, Home, or Loan Against Property.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist with the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
✅ Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of Tele Sales experience (Loan/Banking/Finance preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
