Sales Relationship Manager I - Housing Loan Business

Location: Bangalore


About the Team

The Home Loans team at Navi helps customers access housing finance in a simple, fast, and transparent way. The team works closely with customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing—from application to disbursal. Focused on delivering a great customer experience, the team handles internal and external stakeholders along with compliance. By combining field presence with strong central support, the team plays a key role in making home ownership easier and more accessible.


About the Role

Step into the front line of Navi’s digital lending journey. You’ll be the friendly voice that turns a quick tap on the app into a customer’s very first home loan.

Your day starts with warm, jargon-free conversations—explaining how the loan works, clearing doubts, and guiding customers through home loan journeys on the app. As soon as questions pop up, you tackle them.

The smoother you make the journey, the faster a customer moves from “I’m curious” to “Loan disbursed.” Your success is measured by happy borrowers, quick turnaround, and the trust you earn along the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversions: Make timely, high-quality calls to move customers from “interest” to “loan disbursed.”
  • Own every lead: Log, update, and follow up in the CRM until the query is fully resolved.
  • Build trust quickly: Listen actively, think of quick solutions, and inspire confidence in Navi’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and exceptional service.
  • Champion customer insights: Flag product or process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver against goals: Meet or exceed assigned targets for sales, productivity, quality, and compliance.


Must Haves

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1 – 3 years of high-volume telesales / inside-sales
  • Language skills
  • Fluency in English and one South-Indian language (Kannada or Telugu), with moderate fluency in Hindi 
  • Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage
  • Influencing ability: Proven track record of converting B2C prospects and meeting sales targets.
  • Communication: Clear, confident phone etiquette with strong listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Tech readiness: Working knowledge of CRM systems, calling tools, and basic chat/email platforms.
  • Customer-first mindset: Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience end-to-end.
